Terms of Service

1. Using the platform

YateemAC connects donors with verified charities supporting orphaned and vulnerable children. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you register or donate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Donations

When you make a donation, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the amount you select. Donations are directed to the named child, charity, or campaign you choose, subject to the delivery terms of the receiving charity.

Where a specific need has already been met, we may direct your donation to a comparable need for the same child or cause so that your generosity is not lost.

3. Refunds

If a donation was made in error, contact us promptly and we will review your request. Once a donation has been disbursed to a charity and delivery has begun, it may not be possible to reverse it.

4. Verified charities

Charities on the platform complete a verification process before they can publish profiles or receive funds. While we take reasonable steps to verify our partners, YateemAC acts as a facilitator and does not directly control day-to-day field operations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the service.
• Use the platform to solicit funds for purposes other than those it is intended for.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and its branding are owned by YateemAC and IAC or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YateemAC and IAC are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
